Meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm and held in the drama room, Willis High School. New Executive Board Members present were Rhonda Diggs, Sarah Hernandez, Carol Backhus, Chacy Callaway, and Tammy Prince. Director Katie Cade was also present.

©SoCo Officer Introduced-Melissa Diggs (Co-President) reported on camp at Sugarland. Girls learned football routines and received 2 spirit awards.

-Need parents to haul items, snacks (no chocolate, chips or cheese crackers), Spirit table volunteers

-All sweethearts must tryout for each routine

-Props should be picked up between 7:15-8:15 a.m. OR 2:30-3:00 p.m. and delivered to the stadium 1 hour before the start of the game.

-Do not bring snacks to the school. Deliver them to the stands prior to the game starting.

-Pep rallies are on some Friday’s at 2:00 p.m. Parents are invited to attend.

-Refer to Survival Manual (passed out at meeting).

-Calendars will be sent home monthly with your daughters; Dates are always subject to change and Mrs. Cade will advise your daughter of any changes.

-A weekly checklist will be sent home to tell each Sweetheart what they will wear and how to wear their hair for the game. Also, what time they need to be at the school and an approximate return time.

-NO PARENTS OR FRIENDS VISITING IN FOOTBALL STANDS!!!
